Why this phrase

Kofuku is the diner at a casual cafe or izakaya who sits there waiting for a check. Hana is staff. In a lot of casual places the 「伝票」 under the cup already is the bill, and the line on the wall is 「伝票を持ってレジへお越しください」. He picks it up and pays at the register. If he cannot find it, 「伝票はどこですか」. Distinct from asking 「お会計」 at a table-service shop and from konbini 「あちらで」.
