Some ramen shops will hand you extra noodles for nothing, and they are never, ever going to offer that to you in English.

Why this phrase
A ramen counter. Hana plays the shop staff, Kofuku orders. 大盛り無料 posted on the wall means the free upsize is on, and it's most common at つけ麺 places; most shops charge around a hundred yen, so look for the sign or just ask 大盛りは無料ですか. 特盛 turns up at some places, it's much bigger, and you pay for that one. Worth a beat in the role-play: loads of ramen shops run on a 券売機 ticket machine, where 大盛り is a button, not a sentence.
