この「から」、ちょっと変ですよね。 kono "kara", chotto hen desu yo ne. That から is a little strange, isn't it.
「バイト敬語」と言います。この「から」に意味はありません。ただ、やわらかく聞こえるんです。 "baito keigo" to iimasu. kono "kara" ni imi wa arimasen. tada, yawarakaku kikoeru n desu. It is called バイト敬語, part-timer politeness. That から has no meaning. It just sounds softer, so the manual keeps it.
「千円になります」も、同じバイト敬語です。 "sen'en ni narimasu" mo, onaji baito keigo desu. 「千円になります」 is the same kind of バイト敬語.
聞き取れれば大丈夫。「はい」と言って、お釣りを待ちましょう。 kikitorereba daijoubu. "hai" to itte, otsuri o machimashou. If you can catch it, you are fine. Say はい and wait for your change.
