Why this phrase
二日酔い is real customer vocabulary, real shelf signage and a routine counter interaction that Japanese drugstore staff are trained for, so the payoff is genuine: say the word and the 登録販売者 picks the product. Frame it spoken-primary with the aisle tag as the visual proof beat, since major chains label the category 「二日酔い・飲みすぎ」 on shelf signage and the word also appears in the 効能・効果 block on packaging. FACTUAL CORRECTION: it is NOT true that Japan has no real hangover medicine. OTC 医薬品 with 二日酔い in their approved 効能・効果 do exist, including 五苓散 kampo formulations and ハイチオールCプラス2. What is fake is the konbini pre-drinking ritual: ウコンの力 is a 清涼飲料水 legally barred from any efficacy claim, and ヘパリーゼ's approved claims are 滋養強壮 and 栄養補給, so calling it a hangover remedy exceeds its approval. REGULATORY GUARDS, treat as hard requirements: (1) name NO product in the audio, teach the word and the question and let the pharmacist recommend, which is both the safe framing and the more useful one; (2) never say cure, and never say a named product works on a hangover, because that is a drug efficacy claim under 薬機法; (3) give no dosing or painkiller guidance, since a still-intoxicated viewer taking an NSAID or acetaminophen is a real hazard; (4) do NOT attach an affiliate link to a Japanese OTC 医薬品 from this video, link the drugstore or nothing. Safe on-camera line: Japan does not really do a hangover cure, but drugstores have a hangover section and real medicines list 二日酔い right on the box, so say the word and staff hand you the right one. TTS: 二日酔い must be pinned, 二日 is the suppletive ふつか reading and a single にち render kills the video; pin the compound 二日酔いの薬 too because the の boundary can make the tokenizer split 二日 off.
