  1. アレルギーがある人、これ覚えて! Arerugī ga aru hito, kore oboete! Got a food allergy? Learn this before Japan.
  2. 「〜アレルギーがあります」と言います。 “~ arerugī ga arimasu” to iimasu. Say '~ arerugī ga arimasu' — I have a ~ allergy.
  3. 「卵アレルギーがあります」。 “Tamago arerugī ga arimasu.” Example: 'Tamago arerugī ga arimasu' — egg allergy.
  4. そば、ピーナッツ、乳製品…単語を入れ替えるだけ。 Soba, pīnattsu, nyūseihin… tango o irekaeru dake. Soba, peanut, dairy — just swap the word in.
