To say hello (on the phone) in Japanese, say もしもし (moshi moshi).
If your Japanese phone call opens with こんにちは, you already sound off. Say this instead.

Why this phrase
The phone opener もしもし and the business greeting お世話になっております, so a first call in Japanese does not start with textbook こんにちは.
